Cucumber subs

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  2. Fill with favorite nitrate and hormone-free meats, cheeses, and toppings.
  3. Drizzle with MCT/143 Italian dressing.

On-the-go fast snack

  • Salami and provolone rolls

Sub rolls

  1. Layer meats smallest to largest.
  2. Spread desired amount of mayo
  3. Add favorite cheeses and toppings (roasted red pepper, jalapeño peppers, lettuce, black olives, green peppers)
  4. Drizzle with MCT/143 Italian dressing.
  5. Roll and secure with toothpick.

MCT/143 Italian Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3  packets  MCT//143®
  • 1/2 teaspoons of Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning or Prüvit’s Italian Seasoning*
  • Place all ingredients in jar with lid and shake until well blended.
  • Don’t have Italian Seasoning on hand or just want to make your own? Follow the recipe below:
  • Prüvit’s Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of each of the following:
    • Dried basil
    • Dried oregano
    • Dried rosemary
    • Dried marjoram
    • Dried cilantro
    • Dried thyme

Plus

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Dried pepper flakes (optional for a kick)
