Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- 1 packet dairy-free KETO//KREME® Maple
- 3 eggs
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp monk fruit sweetener
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat and grease with coconut oil.
- Once the pan is hot, pour 3-4 tbsp of batter for each pancake.
- Once the pancakes start to bubble, flip and cook until golden on each side.
- Serve pancakes topped with sugar-free whipped cream + berries, or butter + sugar-free syrup.
